Philippe Suchet

Philippe has over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing and has helped leading corporations in the retail, telecommunications and financial services industries to develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics. As an expert in the field of online marketing, Mr. Suchet has been a regular contributor to the ClickZ "Actionable Analysis" column, and has written articles for such noted marketing magazines as destination CRM, Line56, and CRMindustry.com. Philippe also regularly lectures at numerous industry conferences. Prior to Kefta, Philippe worked for KeeBoo, Abuzz, Goldman Sachs International and the Boston Consulting Group.

Philippe is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, and holds master's degrees from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales and ENSAE, leading French business and statistics schools.

Michael Oiknine

Michael has extensive project management and commercial experience, depth of knowledge in the Internet and Information Systems, and entrepreneurial strengths in acquisition and turnaround. Prior to joining Kefta, Michael was the President of GiSMo, an Internet payment start-up, and a consultant with Altis, an IT consulting firm now owned by Ernst & Young.

Michael holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Master's of Engineering from École Centrale de Lyon, France.

Fazal Majid

Fazal has significant technical expertise with a special focus on managing large teams working on complex engineering projects, the development of scalable architecture, and the creation of technical platforms for major ISPs. Prior to joining Kefta, Fazal worked for EuroNet Internet, the first commercial Dutch ISP; Wanadoo, the number one ISP in France controlling over 50 percent of the market; and France Telecom.

Fazal holds a Master's of Science in Information Technology from Telecom Paris—The French National School of Telecommunications, as well as a Master's of Engineering from École Polytechnique. In addition, Fazal has been a visiting research scholar at Yale University Mathematics Department.

Mark Ogne

Mark has nearly 20 years of marketing experience, holding senior marketing and commerce positions at publicly traded companies such as LookSmart and Onvia. As a marketing practitioner, Mark has demonstrated his expertise in delivering conversion rate improvements, as recently highlighted in MarketingSherpa's Online Conversion Handbook, where he was noted for driving a 62 percent increase in conversion. He also produced a dramatic 3.5-times improvement in conversion for a leading etailer, while driving double-digit improvements in gross margin.

Mark has directed marketing functions from corporate strategy through demand generation, site usability, and commerce integration for numerous corporations. As the recipient of a recent online marketing award, he was recognized as developing the first market-based commerce operation, targeting small businesses in the United States and Canada.

Steven Reiss

Steven has 30 years of experience in the software industry with extensive background in the development of enterprise-class Web, eCommerce, CRM, and expert system applications.

His past positions include CTO at Food.com, VP of Product Development at Kana Software, Engineering Director at Informix Software and Teknowledge, Managing Architect at marchFIRST, and Group Manager of Web Development at Intuit. In addition, he has been responsible for providing eBusiness and eCommerce strategy, technical direction, and program management to such companies as Levi Strauss & Co., Mattel, E! Entertainment, and the Media Arts Group, distributor of Thomas Kinkade artwork and products.

Steven received an M.S in Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine and B.S in Computer Science from the University of California at Riverside.
